Ndasenda Pay Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ndasenda Pay, a digital platform operated by FN Software Solutions that connects private, self-employed and public employees with various microfinance institutions, merchants and banks to access loans online. By using Ndasenda Pay, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

  • Ndasenda Pay: Digital payment platform operated by FN Software Solutions.
  • User: Any individual or entity that registers and uses Ndasenda Pay.
  • Merchant: Any business or individual selling through Ndasenda Pay.
  • Financier: Entities providing credit or lending services through the platform.

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Be employed in the private or public sector, or be self-employed with the ability to prove repayment capacity.
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal and financial information.
  • Comply with applicable financial regulations and laws.

  • Ndasenda Pay facilitates access to loans by connecting users with financial institutions but does not provide loans directly.
  • Loan approval, terms, and conditions are determined by the respective institutions.
  • Customer and merchant accounts are maintained by their financial institutions.
  • Ndasenda Pay may receive commissions from financiers, which do not affect platform impartiality.

  • Provide accurate information during registration and applications.
  • Use the platform lawfully.
  • Independently review loan offers.
  • Accept terms of financial institutions.
  • Keep login credentials secure.
  • Report unauthorized access immediately.

  • Ndasenda Pay does not guarantee loan approval.
  • Loan terms are set by financial institutions.
  • Users must read and understand loan agreements before accepting them.

  • Ndasenda Pay may charge service fees for loan facilitation.
  • Financial institutions may impose their own fees.
  • Users are responsible for all applicable taxes.
  • Users will be notified of fee changes 30 days in advance.

  • Data is handled per the Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].
  • No sharing of personal data without consent unless legally required.
  • Security measures are implemented, though no system is fully secure.
  • Users can request access, correction, or deletion of their data.

  • Ndasenda Pay is not responsible for disputes with financial institutions.
  • Not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence.
  • Users agree to indemnify Ndasenda Pay against platform misuse.
  • No guarantees on third-party information accuracy.
  • Limited liability except in cases of gross negligence or fraud.

  • Accounts may be suspended or terminated for suspicious activity.
  • Users may close accounts by contacting support.
  • Data is retained per regulatory requirements.

  • Governed by the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe.
  • Disputes to be settled first by good-faith negotiation, then arbitration under the Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].

  • Terms may be updated for regulatory, technical, or operational reasons.
  • Users will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance.
  • Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

  • No submission of false information or engagement in fraud.
  • Do not infringe IP rights or send spam.
  • Do not share user info without consent.
  • No unauthorized system access or use of bots/scripts.

  • Ndasenda Pay's name, logo, website, and materials are owned by FN Software Solutions.
  • No copying or unauthorized use of branding elements.
  • Written consent is required for use of any branded material.

Service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. If a transaction is canceled due to error or unauthorized access, a refund may be issued following investigation.
